About this event
Green/Yellow Ball is built for players training twice a week who are preparing for full-court match play with a focus on consistency, tactics, and resilience. Athletes work on split-step timing, quick recovery, and advanced ball tracking to handle spin, speed, and depth. Technical development includes refined grips, consistent strike zones, reliable serves with spin and placement, and confident execution of returns, volleys, slice, and overheads. Players strengthen their ability to construct points, execute serve + 1 patterns, maintain long rallies, and control key variables like height, depth, and spin. Character development emphasizes resilience, sportsmanship, and personal ownership, with monthly match opportunities through USTA or team events.
