About this event
Intermediate/Advanced 1 (Ages 14+) supports players with 1–3 days of weekly training who are developing the physical and mental skills for competitive play. On-court movement focuses on quick reactions, balanced footwork, and athletic recovery. Technical development includes dependable serves, offensive and defensive slice, and well-placed returns. Players build match awareness by practicing serve accuracy, constructing points, and learning to recognize opponent tendencies. The program fosters individual responsibility, measurable goal setting, and a commitment to improvement through 1–2 monthly USTA or UTR events.
