West Performance 1 & 2

About this event

Performance Level 1 (UTR 7.0+) is the highest-level training group, designed for tournament-ready players who compete regularly and train 4–5 times per week. Athletes follow comprehensive training plans including warm-up, strength and conditioning, agility work, recovery, and nutrition. Technical development emphasizes versatility, creativity, and consistency on all shots, including advanced serve variations and effective transition play. Players analyze match footage, build adaptable game plans, and thrive under pressure with strong mental focus. Character development includes elite-level accountability, leadership, and a clear competitive schedule of 2–3 events per month at the High School, USTA, UTR, or ITF level.

Performance Level 2 (UTR 4.0–6.9) is for players training 3–4 times per week and actively competing in tournaments. Athletes refine multidirectional movement, quick reactions, and balanced recovery to support a more complete game. Technical priorities include mastery of grips, reliable and aggressive serves and returns, and precision in both baseline and net play. Players focus on shot selection, tactical point construction, and seamless transition from defense to offense while learning to adapt mid-match. Character growth centers on measurable goal setting, personal discipline, coachability, and sportsmanship, with a recommended tournament schedule of 2–3 events per month.
