Level Up to 3.0 is our monthly 4-week progression series built for players around the 2.5-2.75 level who are ready to make the jump to a real, lasting 3.0 — including anyone who's already taken a beginner course but feels like the technique never quite locked in. Each 90 min session pairs hands-on, individual coaching with real live play, so what you learn actually holds up in a real point — not just in a drill.

📅 Format: 4 weekly sessions | 90 Min

🎯 Level: DUPR 2.5-2.75, working toward 3.0

👥 Class Size: Limited to 4 players — spots fill fast!

📋 What You'll Learn Each Week:

🟢 Week 1 — The Foundation Dill: One repeatable swing for groundstrokes, serve, and return — build it once, use it everywhere.

🟢 Week 2 — Drop It Like It's Dill: The 3rd and 5th shot drop — the single shot that unlocks getting to the net safely.

🟢 Week 3 — Net Gains: The 4th shot, dinking, and volleys — controlling a point once you're up at the net.

🟢 Week 4 — Dill Control: Resets and team positioning — staying alive under pressure and moving with your partner as a unit.

👟 What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and soft-soled sneakers or tennis/pickleball shoes. Bring your own paddle, or use one of our demo paddles.
