About this event

Intermediate Open Play 🥒

Open Play - Charleston

📅 [Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 11am-1pm – 2hr block]

💵 [$5 for Members, and $12 Visitors]

Level: Intermediate (3.0-3.5)

Format: Paddle Rack System – 6 Players Per Court

You've got the basics down — now let's sharpen them. This paddle rack session keeps the rotation moving and the competition friendly, with plenty of reps against players at your level.

How It Works:

Place your paddle in the rack in the order you arrive

4 players up, 2 next in line — when a game ends, the winning team stays and splits , partnering with a new player from the rack

The losing team's paddles go to the back of the rack

Two open paddle slots are reserved for new players joining the rotation — hop in and play!

Games typically play to 11, win by 2 (staff can confirm scoring for the session)

Player Level Note: This session is designed for Intermediate players comfortable with the rules and basic strategy, working on consistency, placement, and the third-shot drop.

What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and soft-soled sneakers or "tennis" shoes — avoid running or walking shoes for your safety. Bring your own paddle if you have one. Paddles are also available to borrow, and pickleballs are always provided for free.
