Advanced Beginner Coached Open Play 🥒

Coached Play & Clinics - Charleston

📅 [11-1pm – 2hr block]

💵 [$7.50 Members, & $15 Visitors]

👤 Coach: [Kyle Lisco or Alex Holdgate]

Level: Advanced beginner 2.5-3.0

Format: Paddle Rack System – 6 Players Per Court, with Live Coaching

Open play with a built-in safety net! Our Pro is on-court throughout the session, giving real-time tips between points and during rotations — the perfect way to build confidence while you play.

How It Works:

Place your paddle in the rack in the order you arrive

4 players up, 2 next in line — when a game ends, the winning team stays and splits , partnering with a new player from the rack

The losing team's paddles go to the back of the rack

Two open paddle slots are reserved for new players joining the rotation — jump in anytime!

Our Pro circulates between courts offering pointers on rules, positioning, and basic strategy

Games typically play to 11, win by 2 (staff can confirm scoring for the session)

Player Level Note: Designed for beginners and players still learning the rules and fundamentals. This is a great next step after a Beginner Clinic — you'll get hands-on coaching while playing real points.

What to Bring: Wear athletic clothing and soft-soled sneakers or "tennis" shoes — avoid running or walking shoes for your safety. Don't have a paddle? No problem — paddles are available to borrow, and pickleballs are always provided for free.
