SOCIAL OPEN PLAY

A friendly, all-level open play focused on meeting players, mixing partners, and enjoying balanced games. One paddle rack with separate Winners and Runners-Up slots helps players find suitable matchups while allowing every available court to be used.

Format: Winners and Runners-Up Paddle-Rack Rotation

Skill Level: All Levels

How It Works

Game Scoring: Games are played to a hard 11 — first to 11 wins, with no win by 2 required.

First Games: At the beginning of the session, players form foursomes in check-in order and use the next available court.

One Rack, Two Slots: After each game, winners place their paddles in the Winners slot and runners-up place their paddles in the Runners-Up slot on the same shared rack.

Like Plays Like: The next four paddles from the indicated slot form the next game, so winners play with winners and runners-up play with runners-up.

Slider Rotation: A slider indicates which slot sends the next foursome onto an available court. After that foursome goes on, move the slider to the other slot.

Use the Next Court: The selected foursome may use any available court.

Winners Must Split: The two winning partners must separate in their next game and play on opposite teams.

Keep Mixing: Runners-up are also encouraged to split and choose new partners whenever possible.

Important: Choosing partners or staying in a fixed group is not permitted during any social open play session.

Keep It Social
