THE FIVE SHOTS

• Return: deep, and then get to the kitchen

• Drives: when to drive, and how to follow it

• Drops: the shot that gets you to the kitchen

• Volleys: back down at their feet

YOUR COACHES

Troy Akin — PPA pro, PPA gold medalist, 6.0 DUPR

Nico the Lefty — DUPR Master Instructor, 5.0, co-host of the PicklePod

NOT SURE IF IT'S YOUR LEVEL?

It is. Every drill runs at three levels of difficulty on the same court, so a 2.5 and a 4.5 work side by side and nobody gets sorted, labelled or left out.

THIS IS PART 1 OF 3

Part 1: Openers (this clinic)

Part 2: Mastering the Soft Game

Part 3: Building Weapons

Each clinic stands on its own, and Part 1 is where the series starts.

WHAT TO BRING

Paddle, indoor court shoes and water. Balls provided. Please arrive by 5:45 PM.

Registration closes Tuesday, November 10, or sooner if it fills. Register now to hold your spot.
