About this event
The Lobs & Overheads Clinic is a focused session designed to teach you how to use the lob as a true weapon—not just a bailout shot. You’ll learn when to lob (and when not to), how to execute it with consistency and purpose , and how to turn defense into offense with the right height, depth, and timing.
We’ll also break down how to hit a proper overhead with pace that will deter lobbers. How to defend against lobs , including footwork, positioning, and communication, so you’re never caught off guard. Plus, we’ll introduce strategies around the lob serve —when to use it and how to keep your opponents uncomfortable from the very first shot.
Skill level: Intermediate
