Come join us for a fun and sweaty one-hour full body conditioning class on SAND with Coach Juliana!!!

Dates

Every Monday @ 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Cost for 4wk sessions

Non-Member: $120

Bump Member: $110

Set Member: $100

Spike Members: $90

Program:

Warmup

3 segments in 1 hour. Each segment will have 2-3 exercises. Segment 1: Circuit training focus on generating power

Segment 2: Sprints & Agility

Segment 3: Core (optional)

All movements can be modified to ability level & suggestions will be provided.

What to Bring:

Workout clothes

Water (lots of it)

Towel

Policies:

Age: 14+

4th Ave Beach waiver and conditioning waiver must be signed

If you cannot make a class, you are welcome to have a friend come in your place. No extra fees.

About Coach Juliana

Juliana Friederich is an ACSM certified Personal Trainer with a BS in Exercise Science from the University of New Mexico. She has been training and coaching as well as playing beach volleyball since 2006. After moving to Seattle in She has worked with big gyms, UW IMA, private training, small boutique gyms to in-home training. She has been offering sand conditioning class over 2+ years and we are excited to have her offer it at 4th Ave Beach!
