3 and Me w/ Coach Keagan: Winning the Race to the Kitchen

About this event

3 & Me: Winning the Race to the Kitchen

The team that controls the kitchen line controls the point—so this class is built around one number: how often you actually get there . We drill the third shot and everything that comes after it, because a great drop means nothing if you don't move in behind it.

You'll work on shaping a reliable third (drop and drive), reading whether to advance or reset, and using the split-step and transition-zone footwork that turns a good third into a clean arrival at the line. Expect live, rep-heavy pattern work: serve, third, approach, and finish—tracking your kitchen arrival percentage so you can see it climb.

Great for players who can sustain a rally but keep getting stuck in no-man's-land or pinned at the baseline. Leave with a repeatable third-shot-to-line routine you can trust under pressure.
