At 3.5+, having a weak or vulnerable backhand wing gets exploited fast. To break through to 4.0, your backhand can no longer be a shot you simply defend or protect—it must become a versatile asset built for power, touch, and ultimate stability.

This 3-week series teaches you how to master the mechanics of the two-handed backhand to elevate your entire game across every zone of the court.

Key Focus Areas:

Dual-Hand Mechanics & Control: Harnessing your non-dominant hand to drive the stroke, control paddle face angle, and generate clean topspin.

Added Power & Drive Stability: Utilizing both hands for added leverage on baseline groundstrokes and drives without sacrificing shape or depth.

Absorbing & Countering at the Net: Leveraging two hands to stabilize your paddle face under fire, absorb heavy pace, and reset or counter fast speed-ups.

Tactical Application: Identifying exact match-play scenarios where two hands give you a decisive edge over a traditional one-handed backhand.

Duration: 3 Weeks (November 11th skipped due to Stat Holiday)

Ratio: 8:1 Student to Coach

Format: High-repetition split-court drills, pressure tests, and coached live play.
