Join us for the HRT Fall Term High Performance Clinic , designed for committed players (UTR 3–5.5) looking to train at a high level in a positive, energetic environment.

Each session delivers:

Dynamic drills to fine-tune technique and movement

Live ball sessions that replicate real match play

Footwork, strength, and conditioning components to build athleticism

Tactical point play to develop court IQ and match strategy

Mental training focused on routines, resilience, and performance habits

The program features a weekly theme (e.g. neutralizing pace, finishing at the net, building patterns, serve & return +1) to give purpose to every drill and ensure that players are learning to apply their skills in competition.

This clinic is high-intensity and purpose-driven, with players expected to show up focused, competitive, and ready to improve
