Join us for the HRT Fall Term High Performance Clinic , designed for competitive players (UTR 5.0–6.5) who are actively training for sectional and national-level events.

Each 2.5-hour session includes:

High-paced live ball drills to sharpen patterns and decision-making

Tactical point play under pressure situations

Dynamic footwork, fitness, and conditioning blocks

Mental training to strengthen routines, focus, and emotional control

Weekly themes that tie technical work to tactical match scenarios (e.g., exploiting opponent weaknesses, attacking second serves, handling pace)

Players will train in a demanding yet positive environment where effort, accountability, and focus are expected. This clinic bridges the gap between training and competition, preparing athletes to perform at their best on tournament day.
