New Year Ball Drop Club Tournament - 3.5-5.0

About this event

NEW YEAR BALL DROP CLUB TOURNAMENT

All tournaments will be held in two sessions. This session will start at 9 and end at 12 noon.

The sessions will be broken down by skill levels.

*Register for this session if your skill level at which you play falls between 3.5 - 5.0. Make sure to enter your skill level when registering.

**There is room for 70 registrants. The first 64 will play, the 6 extra will be subs in case of no shows or injuries.

Participants will be divided into groups of eight by skill level with a round robin format. This makes it ideal for people who have never played in a tournament before. Each player will play with every player in the group once and against every player in the group twice.

If we are under subscribed, the tournament will be restricted to full groups of eight. If we have only seven groups, then its the first 56 who play or six groups means the first 48. We will make every effort to solicit extra players to fill a group if necessary.

Also, if you drop out on or after the Thursday before the event, please send a courtesy e-mail to the event organizers.

Registration will end January 3rd at 8pm

Grab & Go snacks will be available between the morning and afternoon sessions on the patio.

If you sign up and are unable to participate, please withdraw yourself from the event through Courtreserve. This will move people up from a waitlist position to a playing position, and help the organizers to run a smoother and on time event.
