Match Play

About this event

Match Play Monday! Join us for this fun 6 week league. Teams of two will compete each week in a 9 hole match on a course to be determined. The cost for the 6 week session is $150/person. Cancellation/Withdrawal requires 4 days notice prior to the start of the league to ensure a refund.

How the Format Works

***This format will be Gross - No Handicaps***

Separate Balls: All four golfers play their own ball from the tee to the green through the entire hole.

The Team Score: At the end of each hole, each team takes its single lowest individual score (the "best ball").

Winning the Hole: The two lowest scores are compared directly. The team with the lower score wins the hole ("1 Up"). If the scores are tied, the hole is "halved".

Match Outcome: The team that wins the most individual holes over the course of the round wins the match. All 9 holes will be played and a Maximum score of +6 is allowed.
