Wednesday Morning | 3.25-3.75 | Lesson & League with James S.

About this event

Join us for an intermediate-friendly league led by coach James Swaby. This is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills and gain valuable match experience.

Each weekly session begins with a focused coaching segment, where a coach will guide players through drills targeting a specific skill or strategy—such as dinking consistency, serving technique, or court positioning. After the drills, players will compete in league matches against others of a similar skill level.
