About this event

🏆 ROAD TO THE FINALS

THE COMBINE. THE DRAFT. THE SEASON. THE ROAD TO FEBRUARY 28.

MLP is back — but we're switching things up!

Forget bringing your own team. You register individually, hit the courts for the PBC Combine, and let our six PBC Captains draft the teams!

Everyone who registers will make a team — the question is... WHO'S GOING TO DRAFT YOU? 👀

🏓 WEEK 1 | THE COMBINE & DRAFT

📍 Pickleball Charlotte – Ballantyne

📅 Date: Sunday, January 3

⏰ Combine & Draft: 11:00–1:30 PM

Show us what you've got!

The Combine begins with Upstream/Downstream play. After the first hour, players will be assigned to courts based on results for additional play while our PBC Captains get one final look before making their picks.

Registration will be limited by player level to create a competitive and balanced draft pool.

Then it's time to DRAFT! Players will be selected to represent one of six teams for the season.

🔥 WEEKS 2–4 | MLP LEAGUE PLAY

Once you're drafted, it's time to rep your team!

📍 Pickleball Charlotte – Ballantyne

📅 Regular Season Match Dates: January 10, January 17 & January 24

⏰ Match Times: 8:30–11:00 AM

Each week, teams will face two opponents, earning results toward the season standings. After three weeks of MLP action, one team will come out on top and punch its ticket to the PBC MLP FINALS on February 28!
