Competitive Play — 50 Minutes Point play emphasizing third-shot decision-making and successful transitions to the kitchen.

Week 3: Volleys, Counters & Hands Battles

Drills & Skill Development — 60 Minutes

Punch volleys

Competitive Play — 50 Minutes Doubles games focused on controlled aggression, quick reactions, and fast exchanges.

Coaching Focus: Reaction time, paddle readiness, and attacking the right ball.

Week 4: Doubles Strategy & Teamwork
