When the ball gets sped up at the kitchen line, players only have a fraction of a second to react. Intermediate players often panic which leads to easy pop-ups or missed volleys. To win at the net, players need more than just quick reflexes— players need proper court positioning, optimal paddle readiness, and total control under pressure.
This clinic is built to help players develop a bulletproof defense. Players will train to absorb heavy power, master the "ready position" and learn how to turn an opponent’s hard attack into a defensive reset or a counter-offensive winner.
