About this event

NEW PROGRAM

Build Your Game – Understanding the Transition Zone

The transition zone is one of the most important and most challenging areas of the pickleball court. In this session, players will learn how to move through the transition zone with confidence, reset difficult balls, apply pressure through mid-court, and successfully work their way to the kitchen line.

Through guided drills, movement patterns, and live point play, players will learn how to:

Improve volley reset consistency from the transition zone

Develop softer hands and better touch under pressure

Transition from defensive resets into offensive opportunities

Use split steps and movement patterns effectively

Apply pressure volleys toward opponents’ feet

Move confidently between the baseline, transition zone, and kitchen line

This class is designed to help players feel more comfortable in fast-paced exchanges while improving court positioning, balance, and decision-making during rallies. Perfect for players looking to improve their control, movement, and confidence when transitioning to the kitchen line.
