DUPR Rated Royalty of the Court

About this event

DUPR Rated Royalty of the Court

Eight courts, 32 players, one Royal Court. Every game tonight is submitted to DUPR. Part of the Social Friday Night series alongside the Drop-in Mini MiLP and our Social Drop-in Tournaments.

This is still a Friday night social: no partner needed, no prep required, and results count. If you want your Friday games on your DUPR rating, this is the night.

THIS IS A DUPR RATED EVENT

- You must have a DUPR account and have your DUPR ID linked to your Court Reserve account to register. Your DUPR ID is the short personal code on your DUPR profile, not your rating.

- Every completed game is submitted to DUPR after the event

- Non-rated players will need to provide an estimated DUPR rating for seeding.

HOW IT WORKS

The lowest numbered court is the Royal Court. Everyone starts on a court based on their DUPR rating, with the highest-rated players on the Royal Court.

Each round is one game. Win, and you move up a court. Lose, and you move down. Winners on the Royal Court stay there, and so do losers on the bottom court. Partners split every

round, so you play with a different partner each game.

Games are first to 11, side-out scoring, win by 2, cap at 13.

SCORING

A win is worth more the higher the court. The player with the most points at the end of the night takes the crown. Ties are broken by win rate, then total points scored.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

- The field is 32 players. If we fill, join the waitlist. People regularly withdraw before the event.
