Pickleball IQ: Think Before You Hit

3-Sessions Training Program | 2 Hours per session

This program is designed to help players understand why they hit each shot, make smarter decisions, and play with more confidence and control. Each week includes explanation, focused training and real-game application on court.

WEEK 1 – CONTROL THE GAME

Theme: Reset • Patience • Kitchen Control

Players will learn how to slow the game down, reset under pressure, and control the kitchen instead of rushing or panicking. Training includes controlled resets, purposeful dinking, and gaining position before attacking, followed by real-game application.

WEEK 2 – SMART ATTACKING

Theme: Speed Ups • Counter Attacks • Choosing the Right Moment

Players will learn when to attack, where to attack, and when not to attack. Training focuses on smart speed-ups, strong counters, offensive decision-making and applying everything in live game situations.

WEEK 3 – POSITIONING & WINNING DECISIONS

Theme: Movement • Court IQ • Playing Like an Advanced Player

Players will learn how to move as a team, transition safely to the kitchen, choose high-percentage shots and think one shot ahead. Everything is then applied in structured match play with coaching guidance and feedback.
