About this event

3+1 Play with Coach Austin: 3.5+ Transitions and kitchen pressure

This class is for advanced players (3.5 or higher) who want to practice tough transitions to the kitchen line, as well as navigate pressure and apply pressure when at the kitchen. We will drill multiple shots, as well as work on new ones while playing a few mini games that may be scored. During this class you will have the opportunity to learn and practice the following with Austin:

- Strategies for approaching the kitchen through the transition zone

- When to attack and when not to attack

- How to apply pressure at the kitchen, and how to neutralize pressure from your opponents

- How to speedup, block, counter, apply spin to the ball

If less than 3 players attend, the class will continue but the content, duration, and style of the class will adjust according to the coach's expertise.
