About this event

Dawn's "Shot of the Week" | Skill Development

Overview

Dawn's "Shot of the Week" is designed for players who want consistent, focused improvement through structured repetition and practical skill building, focused on a different shot every week.

Sessions are built to isolate key parts of the game, reinforce proper mechanics, and apply those skills in controlled competitive scenarios.

This is purposeful training, not casual play.

Performance Focus

Each session centers around one primary shot and one core skill, allowing players to develop precision through repetition and application.

Training may include:

Serve and Return of Serve accuracy

First Volley & Lob

Third shot drop and drive consistency

Transition zone movement and resets

Kitchen Line Dominance - Dinking patterns and control

Every session progresses from drill execution to live point application so players leave with skills they can immediately use in match play.

What You’ll Develop

• Greater consistency in key areas of the game

• Faster decision making during live play

• Confidence executing new skills under pressure
