About this event
Defensive Volleys: Drop Volleys
• Learn to anticipate and track the ball with your paddle.
• Practice making contact slightly underneath the ball with a gentle lift—like hitting a dink in the air.
• Build timing and control through rallies where one player speeds up the ball and the other softens it.
• Play a rally-scored kitchen game where landing a volley in the kitchen earns two points.
