Pickleball for Beginners: NEXT STEP Clinic - Pickleball 102

About this event

Level Up: Pickleball 102 with Coach Andy

Max 8 players. Small group, real coaching.

You’ve learned the basics. Now it’s time to make them reliable. This session is for players who know how the game works but want their shots to hold up when a point actually matters.

What we’ll work on

Coach Andy takes the core shots you already know (grip, serve, return, volley and dink) and builds them into dependable skills. We’ll start by getting loose with a quick warm-up, move into targeted drills, then put everything to the test in live points.

How the session runs

Drill, then play: Each skill gets focused reps before you use it in a game.

Live-point coaching: Andy stops play at key moments to show what worked, what didn’t, and why.

Court sense: Learn where to stand, when to move up, and how to work with your partner instead of around them.

New partners every round: Rotating keeps the play fresh and gets you used to different styles.

Bring your questions: Time is set aside to talk through whatever’s been giving you trouble.

You’ll walk away with

Cleaner technique, a smarter approach to points, and more confidence heading into competitive play, plus a few new people to play with.

Is this for you?

It’s a good fit if you’ve played a little, know the rules, and want to improve in a relaxed, encouraging group.
