3.5 Women's Round Robin - Thurs

About this event

Our league follows a round-robin format , giving players the chance to compete against a variety of opponents each week in a fun and supportive environment. Rotations are managed through SWISH for smooth scheduling and balanced play. Monthly rankings are posted so you can track your progress, and if scores show that a player would be more comfortable at a different level, we’ll make adjustments to ensure the best experience for everyone.

Skill Level Verification: All participants must sign up for the skill level they are verified at. This ensures fair and competitive matches, with players matched against others of similar ability.

Player Responsibilities: If you are unable to attend a scheduled league date, it is your responsibility to find a substitute player. This helps keep the league running smoothly and ensures that matches are played as scheduled.

Withdrawal Policy: To withdraw from the league, you must do so via Court Reserve at least 3 days prior to the first league date. If you withdraw within this 3 day period:

- If a player from the waitlist is available to take your spot, only a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

- If no player from the waitlist is available, no refund will be granted, and a replacement will not be found.

No-Show Policy : A $25 fee will be charged in the following situations:

A player does not show up and fails to provide a sub

A player relies on the facility to find a sub on their behalf

A player withdraws outside the withdrawal window
