Pickleball Movement Series is a specialized, fitness-focused session designed to reduce court injuries and enhance performance through functional body movement. Partnering with OrthoArizona (Our in-house orthopedic clinic specializing in athletic performance), this class introduces specific warm-up routines, stretching, and exercises tailored to pickleball's unique physical demands. The first 30 minutes focus entirely on dynamic movement preparation, followed by an hour of coach-led skills and drills that emphasize safe, efficient court positioning and physical conditioning.

The primary purpose is to elevate overall health, boost fitness levels, and protect players from common sports injuries both on and off the court. The core goal is to build strong, functional body habits that simultaneously elevate your game and your heartbeat in a high-energy, hardworking environment. Ultimately, this series bridges the gap between sports medicine and active recreation, giving players the physical foundation needed to play harder, move safer, and enjoy the game for years to come.
