Forehand School
Forehand School at Triad Tennis, Lewisville, North Carolina on Thu, Nov 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. $80. Register online with CourtReserve.
About this event
The forehand is the shot most players lean on, so small improvements show up fast in your match play. Over four weeks, your coach will help you build a forehand that’s more consistent, more controlled and more powerful.
We’ll work on:
Grip, ready position and contact point
Swing path and footwork
Depth, direction and spin
Keeping the ball in play under pressure
Using your forehand in rallies and points
Bring a water bottle and your racquet. You’ll leave knowing what to practice and why.
This is a session-only clinic: registration is for all 4 weeks. A minimum of 3 participants is required for the session to run. If a class needs to be rescheduled, make-ups will be held in subsequent weeks as needed.
