About this event
My 3 and me coaching model offers a unique dynamic: with three players on the court, I join as the fourth player to actively model smart shot selection, strategic decision-making and court communication in real time.
How the Session Works:
Warm-Up & Assessment (15-30Mins): We begin with targeted warm-ups and drills. This allows me to assess your mechanics, make immediate technical tweaks, and align with your specific goals for the session.
Game Play & Strategy (60+ Mins):
The majority of our time is spent on the court applying concepts. We incorporate competitive dinking games, targeted driIls that isolate third-shot drops and transition zone play and full of course, regular gameplay.
Playing alongside you allows me to identify strengths and areas for growth instantly, delivering real-time feedback that immediately elevates your game.
