FUNdamentals & Academy Athletes Welcome (ages 8-14)
Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:00–10:30 AM
Trial Program: November–December
Weekday morning training built around homeschool schedules. Athletes get the same science-based development as every AQ member: speed, agility, and age-appropriate strength training, coached to each athlete’s stage. Includes progress assessments, mental performance sessions, and Saturday recovery.
Special Trial Pricing: $30/week
This is a set schedule for our November–December trial program. Payment is due upfront for the full trial. Prefer weekly payments? Just ask us and we’ll work with you.
