Beginner Guided Open Play

About this event

Beginner Guided Open Play

Just getting into pickleball? This is your crowd, everyone here is starting out too, and you'll get plenty of games in. Beginner Guided Open Play is a welcoming session for newer players who want to get comfortable in real games without the pressure. A certified coach will be there to organize drills and open play along with friendly Pictona volunteers right there with you. They'll help you find a game, answer any questions (no question is too small!), and share tips along the way. This is the next step in making you comfortable in joining Open Play.

What to expect:

A quick warm-up to shake off the nerves

Fun games with players at your level

Plenty of help from our volunteers

New friends to play with next time

We provide the paddles and balls

Is this for me? If you've taken PB-101 or you are a novice player but having trouble with your serve or keeping score or basic play, this is for you. Brand new to pickleball? No worries. Start with PB-101 and we'll see you here after.
