Dill Dinkers University: Road to 4.0

About this event

DDU: Road to 4.0 is a structured 6-week clinic designed for committed 3.5–3.75 players who want to develop the skills, decision-making, and competitive consistency required to play at the 4.0 level. This program focuses on building repeatable patterns, improving transition play, and learning how to control points under pressure.

Each weekly session blends high-rep drills, situational training, and coached live play to ensure skills transfer directly into match situations. This is not open play—players should expect purposeful training, feedback, and accountability.

Roger can decide in the final week if players are 4.0 Verified.

Week 1: 4.0 fundamentals, consistency, spacing, and shot tolerance

Week 2: Serve, return, and point construction from the baseline

Week 3: Transition zone mastery (drops, drives, resets, movement)

Week 4: Kitchen control, dinking patterns, and attacking opportunities

Week 5: Defense, blocking, countering, and pressure management

Week 6: Competitive play, game IQ, partner communication, and evaluations
