Goal: Build consistency, soft touch, and continuation of the third shot drop.

Duration: 4 weeks

Learning Objectives

• Execute third shot drops and transition to the kitchen

• Control volleys and resets

• Develop patience in dinking rallies

• Learn when to attack vs. reset

Week 1 – Mastering the Third Shot Drop

Week 2 – Transition Zone & Reset Control

Week 3 – Dink Mastery and Patience

Week 4 – Attack vs. Reset Awareness

Recommend Pickleball 101 or some prior experience. Paddles available if needed.
