Pickleball 101 | Introduction to Pickleball | Rules and Gameplay

Discover the game everyone's talking about! Pickleball 101 is a free intro class for brand-new players. We'll teach you the rules and the basics, and then get you playing real games.

What You'll Learn

Rules and how to keep score

Court layout, the kitchen (non-volley zone), and the two-bounce rule

Basic strokes: serve, return, dink, and volley

Putting it all together in real games

What to Bring

We provide the paddles and balls .

You bring good shoes with lateral support , water , and a positive attitude !

Free Paddle Punch Card

Every player gets a free punch card. Collect 4 punches and earn a free paddle (model selected by 3rd Shot).

Punch 1: Pickleball 101

Punch 2: Pickleball 102, 103, or 104

Punch 3: Any novice guided open play

Punch 4: Any non-guided open play

After 101, earn the other punches in any order. Your card never expires.

Bring your card, and the front desk will punch it when you check in.

One punch card per player.

The 102/103/104 classes and open plays have their usual fees.

Before You Arrive

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to check in and complete your waiver.

Players must have a valid waiver on file, or be 18+ to sign their own.

Class needs at least 3 players to run so we can play games. Have a friend register to make sure it does!

If you can't make it, please cancel so someone else can take your spot.
