The Art of Fast Hands — 4.0+

Fast hands aren’t just about reaction speed—they’re about reading the ball early, staying balanced, anticipating attacks, and making better decisions when the game speeds up.

This 4-week advanced course is designed for 4.0+ players who want to become more confident and effective during fast exchanges at the kitchen line. Players will work on blocking, counters, paddle positioning, anticipation, reaction speed, aggressive attacks, speed-ups, and common hands-battle patterns.

Expect high-repetition drilling, live-ball situations, competitive hands battles, and point-based scenarios designed to help you turn defense into offense and stay composed under pressure.

Level: 4.0+ only

Length: 4 weeks

Schedule: Once per week

Session Length: 2 hours
