About this event

Get your heart rate up and break a sweat without the boredom of a treadmill! This class trades traditional game scoring for non-stop action, fast footwork, and dynamic agility drills. You will hit hundreds of balls per session while improving your stamina, quick reflexes, and hand-eye coordination.

Cancellation Policy

Registration for all programming, court rentals, and private lessons can be canceled no less than 24 hours in advance. On cancellations made over 24 hours in advance, players will receive a club credit if already paid. Should a cancellation occur within the 24-hour window, or in the event of a no-show, no credit or refund will be issued.
