Designed for players in the orange and green ball stage, this pre-practice session bridges general fitness and tennis-specific athleticism. Athletes work on footwork patterns, change of direction, reaction time, and dynamic movement — the physical tools they'll use the moment they step on the court. Each session is structured to complement that evening's on-court practice.
Cancellation Policy:
48-hour notice before the session starts is required for cancellation (regardless of illness, injury, or personal circumstance) to receive court reserve credit on the account.
No makeup classes under any circumstances.
