About this event
Partners in Training is about eliminating court gaps, maintaining structural integrity, and using advanced communication systems.
In this session, you must master "the rope concept" to shift dynamically, establish exact rules for the middle court, and implement tactical hand signaling for stacking and switching. Respect the X" Ball Tracking. Positioning dictates your success rate. Stacking ensures the dominant forehand remains in the middle or maximizes a left/right-handed team dynamic. You must establish hand signals behind your back before the serve or return.
Communication is very important! Say "You" or "Me"
