BPCKC/PCA 4 Week Beginner Course

About this event

New to pickleball and not quite ready to jump into open play? This 4-week beginner course is designed to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to feel comfortable on the court.

Each week, players will build on the fundamentals of the game, including serving, returning, dinking, basic shot technique, court positioning, scoring, rules, and game strategy. You’ll also learn how open play works, proper court etiquette, and how to rotate into games so you know exactly what to expect when you're ready to join a regular BPCKC session.

The goal is simple: take you from “I’m not sure what I’m doing” to confidently joining a game and having fun.

No previous pickleball experience is required. This course is perfect for brand-new players or anyone who has played a little but still feels unsure about joining an open play setting.

By the end of the four weeks, you’ll have a better understanding of the game, more confidence in your skills, and a clear path into BPCKC Beginner Open Play.
