Glow with Lo!

About this event

Your fall glow-up starts with a little time for you.

Reset your routine and bring some fun back to your fitness with Glow with Lo , a 45-minute, high-energy workout led by Lauren at TGC Athletics. Think black lights, upbeat music, and a little party atmosphere—with a purposeful workout behind it.

You’ll move through three 12-minute rounds , each featuring three to four exercises that combine strength, cardio, and core work. Cycle through the movements at your own pace, challenging yourself throughout each round while Lauren provides coaching, encouragement, and clear transitions to keep everyone moving.

It’s an early-morning opportunity to put yourself first, build consistency, and enjoy the work along the way. This fall, make your glow-up about more than how you look. Make it about feeling stronger, making time for yourself, and finding a routine you look forward to.
