A fun, music-filled water workout that gets your heart pumping without pounding your joints.

Get moving, have fun, and enjoy an energizing low-impact workout in the pool! Aqua Aerobics combines upbeat music, easy-to-follow movement, and water-based exercise to create a welcoming fitness class for a wide range of ability levels.

Participants will move through simple cardio, strength, coordination, and endurance exercises using the natural resistance and support of the water. Class movements may include marching, side steps, arm patterns, controlled kicks, and light dance-inspired combinations — all designed to help you raise your heart rate, strengthen your body, improve coordination, and protect your joints.

This class takes place in shallow water where participants can maintain stable footing and move at their own pace. No dance experience is needed, and exercises can be modified so participants feel comfortable, confident, and successful.

Classes are led by a qualified aquatic fitness instructor, with a certified lifeguard present for safety oversight.
