Drop-In Leagues (Fall Flutter 2027 Season)

About this event

A competitive, drop-in seasonal league session that uses a rotating doubles format (also called round robin doubles or switch doubles in other racquet sports) along with an in-house developed rating formula!

All league players will be assigned an initial rating based off their performance attending Cardinal’s court reservations, Open Play sessions, group class programming, or competitive events.

Session registrants will be organized into groups of 4, 5, or 6 for the night based off their rating. The actual amount of groups will vary based on the amount of registrants for the event.

A schedule of matches will be created where players will compete in one set (1 x 21) matches, rotating partners within their group after each match is completed

All recorded matches will be inputted into our system with updated player rankings calculated at the end of every session
