Live Ball Lab (3rd Shot Drives & Drops) Intermediate 3.25-3.75

About this event

Live Ball Lab | Novice

Build confidence and consistency in Live Ball Lab, a coach-led session that combines targeted skill development with fast-paced, supportive live-ball play. This 120-minute experience is designed to help players strengthen core fundamentals and immediately apply them in structured challenge play.

The session alternates between skill-focused instruction and live-ball play, where a coach feeds balls to eliminate serving and maintain an efficient, continuous flow. During live play, players compete in a champion-side format, with teams staying on until they lose two points in a row—creating fun competition while encouraging learning through repetition.

This session is ideal for developing players who are ready to move beyond basic drills and want purposeful, high-rep play in a welcoming, energetic environment.
