PLAY & EVOLVE

A 5-Week Pickleball + Yoga Series

Evolution Wellness is teaming up with Westside Pickleball for five weeks of play, movement, recovery, and community beginning October 17th .

Each week, you’ll start with:

1 hour of pickleball play at Westside

Then we’ll refuel with a light snack + electrolyte drink and short break before heading over to Evolution Wellness studio for:

60 minutes of Slow Flow Hot Yoga designed specifically for pickleball players at Evolution Wellness

Think mobility, strength, balance, rotation and plenty of feel-good stretching to complement your time on the court.

And we're not ending quietly.

Week Five is our Play & Evolve Finale.

We’ll finish the series with a fun pickleball tournament with prizes , followed by a 90-minute Warm Yin Yoga + Massage experience .

You’ll also enjoy your choice of an iced coffee, tea or lemonade from Ottawa Valley Coffee and head home with a curated gift bag filled with local goodies.

Whether you already love pickleball or simply want a fun new way to move, Play & Evolve is about feeling strong, moving well, meeting great people and actually enjoying your Saturday.
