About this event
Open Play Challenge Courts – Intermediate / Advanced
Looking for a more competitive and dynamic Open Play experience?
Open Play Challenge Courts is designed for intermediate and advanced players who want competitive games, different matchups, and the challenge of staying on the court.
Unlike traditional Open Play, this format uses a Winners Stay rotation along with our Challenge Court Whiteboard to keep games moving and players mixing throughout the session.
How It Works
• Games are played to 11, win by 2.
• Winners stay on the court.
• Losing players rotate off and return to the Challenge Court Whiteboard.
• The next 2 players on the whiteboard rotate into the available court.
• Partners rotate to create new matchups throughout the session.
• Players may stay on the court for a maximum of 3 consecutive wins. After the third win, they return to the whiteboard rotation.
• Players may only have their name in one active spot on the whiteboard at a time.
The Challenge Court Whiteboard
The whiteboard manages the rotation and shows who is up next.
When you rotate off the court, add your name back to the whiteboard. When your name comes up, you'll enter the next available court and take on the players who just won.
There are no fixed teams and no assigned skill-level courts. The rotation is designed to create different partners and opponents throughout the session while keeping the games competitive.
