Future Stars Ages 5-8 (Red Ball) and Rally Ready Ages 7-10 (Orange Ball)

About this event

LNRC Future Stars (5-7 years) and LNRC Rally Ready (5-9 years)

Future Stars is the starting point in our LNRC Jr Tennis Pathway & is designed for young players who are new to tennis & ready to begin building a strong foundation. Using age-appropriate Red Balls & smaller court dimensions, players learn through a fun, active environment focused on coordination, basic technique, confidence & developing a love for the game.

Rally Ready is designed for young players who have developed introductory tennis skills and are ready to become more independent on the court. Using Orange Balls and age-appropriate court dimensions, players will begin connecting their fundamentals into consistent rallies, serves, returns, and point play.

The focus shifts from simply learning strokes to using those skills to play tennis , preparing players for the transition to Green Dot competition.

Players will be grouped by age and ability to ensure the appropriate level of instruction and challenge. No prior tennis experience is recommended, placement will be based primarily on skill and readiness.

As players become comfortable rallying, serving, scoring, and playing points independently, they can progress into Rising Aces (Ages 9–12 | Green Dot Ball).
