At Pickle Point, we build skills through purposeful repetition and game-realistic scenarios. Every drill in this series mirrors the pressure and timing of real match situations, so what you train holds up when the point is live. Four weeks. One level. Let's work.

The gap between High Intermediate (3.5) and Advanced (4.0) isn't new shots. It's making the shots you already have work when someone good is making you uncomfortable. That's what these four weeks are for.

WEEK 1 — THE THIRD SHOT

Drop, drive, and the decision between them. Read the return before you commit, execute either shot under pressure, and get to the kitchen every single time.

WEEK 2 — RESET UNDER FIRE

Taking pace off the ball when it's coming fast. Blocking hard drives with control, neutralizing from the transition zone, and getting back into points you used to lose.

WEEK 3 — BUILD THE POINT

Dinking with patience until the ball comes up. Recognizing the attackable ball, speeding it up at the right moment, and countering when they go first.

WEEK 4 — PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER

Everything from the first three weeks, brought onto the court at once. Structured drilling to sharpen what you've built, then live gameplay where you have to actually use it. Your coach guides the play and gives you feedback on court, in the moment.
