Build confidence and take control of your points! Designed for advanced beginners and developing intermediate players, this clinic focuses on refining essential mechanics and increasing consistency on the foundational shots of the game: the serve, return of serve, and the 3rd shot drop and drive.

Serve & Return Consistency: Learn to hit deep, reliable serves and returns that give your team time to move and maintain court advantage.

3rd Shot Fundamentals: Practice the mechanics of both the 3rd shot drop and drive, learning when to use each to safely advance.

Transitioning to the Kitchen: Master footwork and split-stepping to move smoothly from the baseline to the non-volley zone without getting caught mid-court.

Dinking & Neutralizing: Establish basic paddle control and patience at the net to sustain rallies and reduce unforced errors.

Point Play Application: Put your new skills into practice with guided rallying and situational point play coached in real time.
